Greetings Fellow Rebels!
AZADI has completed deliveries in North America and India! We’re so thrilled to finally have people receive and play the game. We’re still working hard on getting AZADI delivered to everyone else in other parts of the world.
Copies have already reached warehouses in Australia and Asia. Our fulfilment partners - Aetherworks in Australia and VFI in Asia - are beginning their deliveries. Backers in these regions should be receiving their copies any day now.
For our backers in Europe, we ask you to bear with us just a bit longer. Shipping will begin soon in Europe. We hit some hiccups with VAT regulations and resolving those has taken longer than expected. We sincerely apologize for the delay.
Using Your Booster Pack - A Simple Guide
If you have already received your copy of SHASN/ AZADI, you’ll notice that you have also received a booster pack for the SHASN USA and India campaign decks. The Booster pack contains 108 cards total - 36 new Ideology Cards, 9 new Headline Cards, and 9 new Conspiracy Cards for the USA and India campaigns respectively.
To update these campaigns:
- Look for the card code in the bottom right corner of each new card in your Booster Pack
- Find the matching card code in your existing USA or India campaign decks
- Replace the old cards with the new ones from the Booster Pack

We wanted to inform you that the ??? Revolution Deck (Hong Kong Revolution 2019) was not manufactured in China due to its sensitive content. It is being produced through a different supply chain.
As a result, it will not be included in the main shipment but will be delivered to you soon through a separate shipment. Shipment for this will begin after everything else has finished delivering.

The moment we’ve all been waiting for is almost here - AZADI will begin delivering soon!
The games have reached the warehouses of Flat River Group, our fulfillment partner in North America. They’re going to start shipping out copies over this weekend!
Meanwhile, shipping in India is going to start tomorrow. And shipping in the rest of the world is going to begin soon.

The ??? Campaign is the Hong Kong Revolution 2019 by Bauhinia × blakeana (Pseudonym).
This powerful campaign brings to life a contemporary revolution, authored by someone who stood on its frontlines. For reasons that we trust you'll understand, they chose to use a pseudonym to share their story of struggle and resistance. We believe this campaign will offer you a unique perspective on a pivotal moment in modern history, allowing you to experience firsthand the weight of decisions made during times of profound change.

We’re also going to be at PAX Unplugged, at Matt Fantastic’s booth - Forever Stoked: Booth 3709. A big shoutout to Matt for having us there! If you’re attending PAX Unplugged, please drop by - we’d love to give you a glimpse of AZADI in person.
As a special service to our backers, you also have the option to collect your copy directly from us at PAX. Just bring your backer details, and we'll be happy to hand-deliver your game! Otherwise, your copy will be delivered to you via Flat River Group soon, as planned.
The last time we were at PAXU was in 2019 in SHASN. We were blown away by all the incredible games and members of the community we got to interact with. It’s so exciting to be coming back there with Matt’s help - and with AZADI this time. We are hoping that our presence there helps us build momentum for AZADI's eventual market release while allowing us to connect with distribution partners. However, as our founding supporters, you - our Kickstarter backers - remain our priority. Your faith in AZADI made this game possible, and you'll be among the first to receive your copies through our primary fulfillment channels.

We're thrilled to announce that the first shipment of SHASN: AZADI has departed for the port in China and will soon be en route to the United States! AZADI is on its way to you at last!
If you’re a backer in the US, here’s the name of the vessel you can use to track the shipment: SeaSpan Kobe.
We’ll be sharing all the other vessel details as and when the ships leave the port.

Attention - Failed Card Charges! + Shipping Rates

Greetings Fellow Rebels!
Approximately 300 backers did not have their cards charged. If you are one of them, you should have received an email asking you to update your card details on BackerKit. If you haven’t, please follow this link for help: https://help.backerkit.com/article/651-how-do-i-update-my-payment-method
We’ll charge the failed cards again on Monday, 12th August. If your charge failed, please update your card details by then.
On Shipping
We understand that there have been some concerns around the shipping rates. Global shipping has indeed become a little more expensive and painful in the past couple of years. However, we’ve done our best to keep the rates fair and as low as possible, proportional to the weight of each pledge.
For example, the shipping estimate for a single copy of AZADI to the US was $35. The actual cost has gone up to $40. The SHASN+AZADI bundle is two games, approximately weighing 25 pounds. This increases if you have also ordered add-ons.
The booster pack also has its own weight. But as promised, we have not included its shipping cost. There is no markup on the rates from our side. We are simply passing on the best rates that we have procured after extensive effort.
Lastly, shipping will begin shortly! We’ll put the tracking details of the ships the second they leave the port. We will also be able to give you updates about the ??? Deck as soon as it ships.
