Greetings fellow rebels!
While our revolution has brought us AZADI, our revolution is by no means finished! We have spent the past month extensively playtesting, designing, and developing AZADI. We are on track to complete game development by the end of January.
For those of you wanting to update your orders, we’re launching our pledge manager on BackerKit early next week! We’ll drop a link in our next update, so make sure to tune in!
While the Mars 1 A.E. campaign is free for all those getting AZADI, there are still more revolutions you can be a part of! We’ll be gauging interest for these campaigns on our pledge manager. You’ll be able to purchase the French Revolution 1789, the ??? Revolution, and the Indus Valley Revolution 3000 BCE decks from our pledge manager. However, a new campaign means hiring a qualified author, editor, and more copywriters! To afford to get any one of these add-on decks written, it will take a significant amount of orders. So make sure you show up to support your favorite campaign!

From Dissenting against the power to building new Monuments, the past month has left us all inspired and invigorated. When we first started making this game a year and a half ago, we couldn’t have possibly imagined that so many of you would join our cause.
With AZADI, we wanted to reverse the narrative in popular media where the oppressors are presented as the heroes and instead tell a story of the oppressed fighting back. Thank you for helping us tell this story.
But this is not the end of our journey. You’ll be hearing from us soon!

The Last Monument!

Greetings fellow rebels!
The revolution is burning bright. Over the past 4 weeks, we have achieved so much! We commemorated new heroes, ridiculed the pompous Imperials, and shared some inspiring stories! We have had so much fun interacting with all of you and reading your incredible responses to our stretch goals and competitions. More importantly, look at all these stretch goals we’ve unlocked!
But if we want more content, including brand new game modes for SHASN and AZADI, we still have a lot of work to do. Here's our new set of stretch goals -
For our first stretch goal, we need to raise more funds to unlock Uncle Sam’s Primaries - which brings a new electoral system to SHASN, inspired by the Primary Elections.
If we unlock our second stretch goal, we’ll create short videos explaining the historical events behind every Azadi Card! Every Azadi Card will have a QR code on it, scanning which will take you to this video.
The Final Monument
This is your last chance to become a Monument! But it won’t be easy. The Imperials are hiding out in their high fortress in a desperate attempt to protect themselves. But we know of a secret weapon that can help us defeat them. Can you follow the trail and help us find it? The first one to do so will find themselves memorialized on our last Monument Card! The next 4 to locate this weapon will find themselves on Foundation Cards!

On another note - Here’s a Kickstarter campaign from a fellow rebel fighting the power! Anjali Bhimani - singer, actress, and all-around talented human being has written a book called I Am Fun Size, And So Are You!: Thoughts from a Tiny Human on Living a Giant life!
The book promises to make life a lot more fun with Anjali’s storytelling skills, beautiful illustrations, and comforting words. The campaign was fully funded within just a few days of its launch!

The Supremo and the Capitalist have accumulated the highest Legacy, but only one will have a say in the future of our game. It’s time for the final showdown!
Each SHASN Ideologue is backing a new campaign, and wants to make it free for all those getting AZADI! The Supremo is backing the French Revolution, and the Capitalist is fighting for the Mars 1 A.E. campaign. Vote for your favorite Ideologues in the Kickstarter comments and shape the future of your game! The fate of the new Campaign is now in your hands!
